I am 34 yrs old ... has been off scouting for quite sometime .. 10 yrs i guess ...
currently im staying somewhere in the vicinity of putrajaya.. im looking forward to join any rover scout nearby... could anyone shed some light here ...

how many km/miles radius are you willing to travel? i will forward you crews which is near to your location based on the radius that you are willing to travel.

well i wish it should be near to my residential area.
Is there any rovers around putrajaya or seri kembangan
Cant join KLKM since it is just for univ students

yeah, KLKM is for Uni students. I think what you can do is to contact the council in your district where you live, and query them some contacts of any local groups in your area.
i think they might help you by assigning you to that respective group.
